    Friendly staff, clean rooms, great service. Free billiard and piano. Terrific terrace with mountain view. Upgraded to bigger room with nice view. Superb food. Approachable receptionist. Perfect location near supermarket and restaurants. Breathtaking balcony view. Provided toiletries, cot, kettle. Attentive staff, arranged airport transfer and activities. Free early check-in.     We had an amazing vacation here! The hotel provides everything we need, from helpful room service to free shuttle services to the slope, which made our stay convenient. The staff is always ready to assist with anything that we need, and their hospitality made us feel at home. Also, the location of this place is so perfect - it's situated on the snowy mountains with access to the first ski lifts, providing us with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

    The room was pretty spacious and really nice, with a comfy bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and even a bidet - fancy! Being right next to the bus station was super convenient and made our stay here a breeze. 🚌
